DRRR! It as a cameo from a pair of Baccano! characters at one point. Given that they're made by the same studio, I'd say watch it. DRRR! isn't as complex though. Rather then stringing together multiple events from different times to find the whole story from many perspectives like Baccano!, it features a cast of characters all intertwined in a way that builds up to different big events over a shorter period of time. It has a bit more of a fantasy element to it as well. I really enjoyed it, but Baccano! was something special. I don't know anything about the other two. But I've heard Space Dandy is mainly fanservice in a nice package that doesn't really go anywhere. But, it's getting a season 2. So there must be something there to go on.
