I hate the Xbone.
I never really was for the console when it first came out, not just with the DRM and all, but twith the extra kinect needed and the larger price tag. I didn't hate it, I was just kinda indifferent.
The PS4 seemed more logical a choice, and a bit better for Destiny, and it looked awesome, so I planned to save up until then.
But then -blam!-ing E3 comes and they got all this new cool halo shit and all the multiplayer and -blam!-ing arby back and I hate it. I was hoping there would be little or disappointing halo news, but now I'm back into it and it looks so -blam!-ing good. BUT ITS -blam!-ING STUCK ON THE XBONE WHY WHY WHY I HATE THIS EXCLUSIVE SHIT I CAN'T AFFORD BOTH CONSOLES WHY YOU DO THIS WHY

2 RepliesI am in the same situation for now. Can't afford both so I went with the PS4 first because of games like I:SS and uncharted. Wasn't too many games that interested me on Xbox. Fast forward, Xbox drops in price and they announce Sunset Overdrive and MCC. Wasn't much if a halo fan but MCC may be the ticket for me to give it a shot. So I am going to put back ten dollars here, 20 dollars there till I get the money. May take longer but guess what... I will still have it.

1 ReplyI know how you feel. I wanted to confirm that The MC collection was only on Xbox One, and when i did... i was so depressed. I cant afford a new console. Not this year and probably not the next. The probability of me playing Halo 2 multyplayer online (H2 on PC wasnt good enough because my pc isnt that great) is zero, a zero that will last for ever, just because they had to include the halo 5 guardians beta code on the MC collection and since thats only on xbox one, MC collection will be only on xbox one too. All i can do is live with it...

This is my predicament exactly! I was going to get a ps4 because of the hardware, but the Microsoft press conference blew me away they had so many games plus the master chief collection while the Sony conference was very disappointing and it showed almost nothing new. So guess whose getting an xone

Glad to see the actual bloody games are coming back - Microsoft's titles always interested me more than Sony's. Will most likely get one with the MC Collection.

The ps4 was never a logical choice for me. It's a good console, but I just prefer the way xbox do things. Plus their controllers are terrible.

If you don't already have a PS4, and don't have the extra money, then get an Xbox One without the Kinect bundle, when the Kinectless bundle comes out, and then get Halo: The Master Chief Collection on it. That way you pay the same amount of money for the actual console, and you get the Halo: Master Chief Collection and you still get to have Destiny!
