He's suing over unpaid benefits. It's not a big deal. The check itself would come from Bungie, not Activision. Though, if Bungie is relying on Activision for income to pay their payroll, the money may ultimately come from Activision.

I saw that too. Assuming it's true, he's only suing them for his pay out for sick leave and vacation time he had accrued. If he wins (which is a distinct possibility) Bungie will pay it. In the grand scheme of things, it's actually not a whole lot of money for the company, so it won't affect Bungie much. And if he has indeed not been paid out, it is a good decision. I find it unlikely to actually go to court. They'll probably just settle it out of court.
