By "Upgraded" is that actual in-game upgrade? (like it's levels) since bungie said your travel vehicles enhance the more you ride it. Or is it just cosmetic upgrade? (as in just skin appearance).

Like i said, it's probably a slightly upgraded skill tree that makes it go faster than the default Sparrow/Shrike.

Yeah, the word "upgraded" is making me think it is more than just the appearance, else it would have only said "exclusive sparrow".
