Yea that's quite literally impossible. Also why would the chief dodge bullets when he has shields? a 1940's super soldier in spandex with a shield, plus a weapon from the 21st century would have exactly 0% effect on the chief. The plasma grenade on the shield thing is the only likely thing to actually happen in a fight between the 2.......except a plasma grenade would not even be used. One punch killed ODST's without the armour on, what is one punch for the Captain going to do and yet he kept on fighting as if nothing happened. The Captain is weak as hell with a shield and gun.
