I just got a new computer with Windows 8 on it. I'm not finding it too bad so far. I want my Start button back, but I've managed to ignore all of the other annoying features.

You ought to be able to download the 8.1 update for free. It brings back the Start button and adds some nice features, like boot-to-desktop and a menu for accessing important PC stuff.
