uh, you're talking about rumors for 8.1 update... it''s not windows 9 unless they announced a new OS compatible with real computers instead of laptops and tablets.
in fact each "new" windows version so far has just been using shiny new UI upgrades and hardware optimizations over the same system core from windows 6.
