Any programmers here?
What advice would you give to a beginner? Which languages would one start off with?
I know a couple of basics so I'm not a total Greenhorn. If you have any places I should check out; let me know.

2 RepliesPython is also pretty safe and there's some nice libraries if you want to try to make any games. It's not something you would program your magnum opus in, but it's great for prototyping ideas quickly. It's a free download, and [url=https://wiki.python.org/moin/BeginnersGuide/Programmers]there seems to be plenty of resources for learning.[/url]
