When the time comes to vote for potential presidential candidates, will you vote differently depending on a candidate's stance on the NSA? Or does the NSA not matter to you?

The NSA problem doesn't end with the current president. If we want to change the practices of the NSA, electing a new establishment commander-in-chief won't accomplish that.
