Its more likely that he was talking about Colonial Marines. People dont make the distinction between Sega and Gearbox in that case. Sega was at fault for pushing Gearbox to release it, Geabox was primarily at fault for delaying it over the span of at least 3 years, then giving it to another dev so they could work on their other projects. It was a conglomerate of having bad priorities. Even then, Sega has published a couple of bad games involving the Alien franchise recently, and I hope theyve been more cautious about what theyre publishing this time.
