There's an SUV that drives around with a PA speaker attached to his back bumper. It blasts whatever he's listening to directly toward the car behind him and plays loud enough you can hear it coming two blocks away. I want to burn that thing to the ground. Other than that.. and the fart cans that TU mentioned, I'm fine with car mods.
