Updated my BIOS and after several crashes from overclocking I managed to get my CPU to 4.2 GHz with prime95 and its staying at about 74 Celsius under load and Ill keep it running under load for about 12 more hours just to make sure it is stable and once I clean out my radiator again and maybe put good thermal paste on the CPU ill probably be able to carve off a few more degrees.
