No shit Jun's alive, we all knew Halsey made it, even before Halo 4 came out.
Anybody who read Fall of Reach knows that CASTLE can survive glassing, and considering that Jun and Halsey were in there, it's pretty plain that he's okay.

Except the novels follow everything Halsey does underneath Castle. Jun was never there.
