I was a Mac user as well. I remember when I was in elementary school and I was able to go and buy my first game. Marathon caught my eye (remember the sick triangle shaped design of the box?). After that, I was hooked on Bungie. I went back to Comp USA and searched for Pathways into Darkness. I might have been too young to thoroughly appreciate the Marathon trilogy, as it might have kept me up at night checking under my bed for Pfhor. But once Myth: The Fallen Lords and Myth II: Soulblighter came out, and Bungie.net allowed me to easily connect over the Internet, that's when I became a super fanboy of Bungie. I love Halo and all its glory, but the Myth series are right up there with best game series in my mind. It was always fun sitting in the chat rooms and talking with the celestials (what were the top 10 player rankings again? half-moons, moons, sun, comet?) and the Bungie crew. It's that social interaction that Halo missed and I'm hoping returns with Destiny. So, if I remember correctly, I got Marathon in early 1995? So 18 years or so?
