One of my favorites is trying to get the "Endure" Achievement in Halo 3: ODST. Being the Last man alive in the later rounds and trying to stay alive long enough for the invincibility to ware off on the Brute Chieftain with the Hammer so you can try to kill him to revive your teammates.
