2 RepliesIn the UK we call it Shortbread, made from one part sugar, two parts butter and three parts flour by weight. I think it originally derived from Scotland They come in all shapes and sizes with several different patterns on them as seen in your picture.

Yum. As far as I am aware, these can be found in the UK. Quite common, and we call them 'biscuits'. I would demolish a pack of these right now.
