Is this running on the PS4?
Will the Xbox One version be downgraded (in comparison) due to its 30% weaker GPU?

Probably not, but it's also really weird to think of it that way. It would be like me saying will the 360 and PS3 version look 800% worse because that's the difference in power of the two generations. (Approximately 8x more power)

Doubt it to be honest, they'll most likely look the same since they're making it for 360 and ps3 as well

I'm sure they'll leverage the full capability of the ps4 and xbone, but I really doubt the 360 and ps3 versions will look as good as the next gen systems.
