Destiny Story Hub! Link Your Story/ Theory Thread!
Alright first and foremost. The sole purpose of this thread, is mainly to see if i'm not the only person heavily interested in the story of Destiny, more than the actual gameplay. I want to spark Story conversation on the fact that all i'm seeing is gameplay thread after gameplay thread. Blah blah blah.

1 ReplyWell for starters I think it was 'glimmer' that 'knocked us down' (if you don't know they are the fifth race we fight, everyone calls them glimmer because bungie patented the name when they patented vex, hive, fallen and cabal) Then I think the traveller came and fought them or banished them somewhere (or sometime) and because we were spread out all over the solar system the fallen being pirates came to loot and pillage our old remains, the hive came because.. Well they're just dicks and want to destroy everything. And the cabal are either there to fight the hive (they have a very military feel to them) or to expand their empire. As for hex I believe they have come back in time (maybe from the time where the glimmer were banished too) to find out more about them so they can defeat them
