Are the factions gonna be like good guys/bad guys or Fallout New Vegas version of factions were they have good & bad intentions

We don't know. Other than revealing the names on T-shirts in the Bungie Store we have next to zero information about them. We do know that Dead Orbit makes ships, according to the Eurogamer reveal article. GDC revealed concept art of a hanger owned by New Monarchy and of a part of the Last City with banners for Dead Orbit and FWC.
