Should Enemy A.I units cooperate with each other?
should enemy A.I units cooperate if they encounter each other, for instance a Cabal working with a fallen (not sure how they would meet but hypothetically), or should they fight each other.

I'm not sure how the alien factions interact with each other yet so this is entirely possible. If they're at odds, oh yes they should fight each other. One of the most irritating things in all gaming occurs when two enemy AI are fighting, you enter the room, then they both start pecking at you like emaciated chickens on a feedlot while completely ignoring each other. I guess it depends on if Bungie makes alien alliances.
