Malwarebytes and/or Spybot S&D should be able to detect any keyloggers.
http://ninite.com Get them there (along with any other utilities) built into a single installer/updater.
Do you use an Android phone? I've read about a really nasty bit of Android malware that is being used to compromise account logins.

I do not use an Android phone, but I will run a Malwarebytes scan, and should probably go get some more anti-spyware software from that site you linked. Thanks! Also, would the Malwarebytes linked on that site happen to be free?

All of the packages on ninite are free, and when you build your selection, you are given a single installer for all of them. SAVE that installer (to your desktop or somewhere) and run it again later to auto-update all of the packages. The installer has no dialogs, no "gotchaware", no browser toolbar ad-ons, and no installation hassles. It is a GREAT site/service.
