Because unbiased news only appeals to some people. When you lean one way you can guarantee to get at least 50% of the people who watch news to watch you rather than 25% if you're unbiased because that 75% doesn't like having their "side" called out. TL;DR: All 'bout them dolla dolla bills, ya'll.
