For the love of God and all that is holy...

We need a CG trailer at E3.

2

We need a CG Trailer now.

1

We don't need anything; don't demand things.

7

We need a gameplay trailer at E3.

78

We need a gameplay trailer now.

5

We need things. I don't know what. But things.

17

Can we please get an actual CG teaser trailer to get me pumped for Destiny? The game is in a playable state where you can have in-company game days and we can't even get a CG trailer? Character designs are cool and all but they're rather boring after a while. You'd think they could scrounge something together by now. And no, the one that was all animated concept art doesn't count. What're your opinions? Vote above.

  • I'd like to see what Raids are like. It would be fun to see how they develop and how many people can join in on them.

  • I'd like a Charecter creation/Custimization video and a quick demo of the first mission or tutorial About 20-30 minutes of gameplay there right? Lets us peek at the creaton and gameplay Win Win

I'm disappointed there wasn't an option for 'We need Stuff AND Things.'

  • Really, I'll take anything I can get from Bungie @ E3, but I'd love a gameplay demo. :)

  • Creating a gameplay trailer this early on would cause Bungie to rush things. I would rather they stick to a short CG trailer. Bungie tends to release great ones.

    • At least a demo of their new engine at E3 would be sufficient.

      • personally I don't care for cg trailers. the often give false expectations but a game play trailer, or at least in-engine trailer would be great

You can already bet on alot of info being revealed at E3. Everybody does it and Bungie already said they were going to talk or show more about Destiny at E3. It's a great marketing place and a great show and just an overall just the best day for gaming. E3 is like the superbowl of games...... It's Bungie's Destiny to be there and show us our destiny within destiny.

For me personally, I've loved everything we've been shown even without any actual gameplay, especially the GDC panel. I think the panel really nailed the head on the coffin of the "It's just like Halo" argument. And since we have solid confirmation that Destiny will be at E3, I'm fine waiting till then. 2 months isn't so bad. That being said, maybe we could see just a short trailer of in-game footage, maybe just 30 seconds, not for our sake but for the sake of the general public. It seems like half the people I see around gaming sites are really excited for Destiny, and the other half are very angry with being shown and told everything without even a hint of gameplay. I think that latter half came away from the ViDoc and the GDC panel thinking that Bungie is hyping Destiny to be the next revolution in shooters without any solid evidence to back it up. (Though to be fair, that angry half comes almost entirely from GameSpot, which in my experience has one of the most hostile communities around.) It might be wise to release something just for the sake of PR.

        • I'd love a cg trailer as well as well as a good in game trailer. I hope we get both as time goes on.

        • It might be boring for you, but as for a 3D model designer like me, it's incredibly amazing and exciting. Specially from GDC.

Bungie's never been a particularly big fan of the CG trailers, I think they like to show off their inengine graphics. At this point (and based off the latest mailsack), I think it's realistic to expect solid gameplay information at E3 2013 in the form of a trailer / vidoc, with unfortunately not a ton else till then.
