Considering the only skill pyromancy needs is attunement, it'd be better if you just level'd it a bit on your current account; melee/pyro works pretty well for new players. And latio is a pretty decent weapon, last i checked it has the same stats as the uchi, so just upgrade it and ditch the drake sword.
