How do I sign up for the waypoint forums?! (The stupidist question I ever asked)
So I want to make a new account...and this -blam!-ing new layout won't even let me. No button..no nothing. I tried logging in with a new email address but then it logs in then appears no to be logged in? Can someone help me out!
...And yes I know this is a very stupid -blam!-ing question.
EDIT: I joined the first time but I got permabanned fro making a logical thread about the problems of Halo 4(Basically nearly Everything!) and then I got permabanned for replying to someone later on in the thread. "Stop listening to everything yoinking! 343i says*
I wanna make another account and you know not do this again.

I think all you need is the same windows live ID your microsoft account is linked to along with all the other stuff everyone asks for when you sign up for a forum name (username, password, etc). There should be a link in the upper right corner to make an account.
