Is the USA falling the same way as Rome did?

If not the USA, then the EU for sure. Other nations are picking up the pace quickly. Only look at BRICS to see that the USA's days as the dominent superpower are numbered. Alltogether elsewhere, Vast herds of raindeer move across Miles and miles of golden moss, Silently and very fast.
