It depends on where you live probably more than most states as California is regionally and culturally diverse depending on the region you live in. The constant threat of bankruptcy and serious ineptitude of most of your state systems is concerning though.

I live in CA and beside the nice whether and sites, this place sucks. We have on of the worst run states and the second highest debt in the nation. Our school system is a joke and we are one of the highest unemployed.

1 ReplyHawaii might legalize cannabis this year! How dare you! And from experience, California is a hell hole with high crime and is completely broke. The rest of the states aren't much better though.
