I'm glad 343 took up Halo.
Bungie makes a new game and 343 changes Halo from what it was to something(hopefully) better. Sure, they have a lot of issues, but they have up until Halo 5 to fix those problems and add more to the franchise.
Now don't get me wrong, I loved the previous Halos, except Reach, but Halo needed to change and Reach was too little and in the wrong way.

in some ways you are right but halo was the most famous game on xbox.. the game itself made millions in the releases... but 343 is just evil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Halo 4 was definitely a knock against 343's reputation, but it wasn't like they were purposely trying to ruin the franchise. That's not how companies work. Sure they made mistakes, but if they are smart ( and lucky ), they can definitely do some great things with future Halos. But idk, I haven't paid any attention to Halo 5, since I have a PS4 now. I likely won't be playing Halo 5 for at least a year after it's release. For all I know, they could be ruining it even more than with Halo 4. I do wish 343 the best of luck, but whether they actually accomplish anything is up to them and their community.
