Nope, same as it ever was.

They already said it'd unintentionally on rn. Same thing that happened last start of season, which they turned off 3 weeks in but didn't actually turn it off, then did week later

They've claimed it's accidentally on ever since they got caught having put it in dominion all the way back in trials labs. Every season / return of trials since then like clockwork it's "oops out our bad" and turning it off but not really turning it off until getting called out again. The devs apparently still think the players are too stupid to notice.
