(Not sure if its Bugged on other weapons or the non enhanced version) the Enhanced overlocked heatsink on the new sidearm compact defender says it increases dmg at the cost of reduced cooling, but in fact reduces impact by 5 and increases handling by 2 (not increasing dmg or reducing cooling)
