1 ReplyHas nothing to do with what weapons you have equipped. Simply means you can’t refund/deselect it until you refund/deselect from later columns.

The same rules that govern mod unlocking also apply to refunds; if you want a 2nd column mod, you need at least three 1st column mods, so you can't refund a column 1 mod if it would take the number down below 3. In this case it will show 'Requirement not met'. Buy a 4th column 1 mod and the message goes away, refund it and it will reappear on the remaining 3. This message does not affect the function of the mod in any way.
