I have to use a "frontier ability" that's not available, and isn't recharging, so I what I just can't play the game? So far the experience with Renegades has been - Walk to 5 different places that are few feet apart, click through some uninteresting story, now sit here and do nothing cause you can't. I spent money on this? EDIT: I finally figured it out, then the mission got stuck and I had to restart it. Not looking worth while.
