Intrinsically anti barrier. Just like how Le Monarque is intrinsically Overload. I have never felt more limited than I do this season in regard to champions. Even more so when you only look at featured gear for the conquests. So many legendary weapons are just wet noodles when used against regular Ultimate enemies, let alone banes like rage.
