two separate issues on the welcome to the frontier tutorial quest: mission start dialogue does not start, soft locking the mission. upon finishing the quest, the reward chest does not spawn in, tutorial box for 'spider's utility shank' is still there but the shank itself is gone, mission objective dissapears but the quest is stuck, reloaded the quest half a dozen or so times, and restarted the game, still the issue persists.
