Once a platform account is linked to a profile, it cannot be unlinked. To play with your existing characters on Steam, you will have to use your brother's linked account. If you're unable to sign into it, you can request help from Steam support to see if they will allow you access. If that's unsuccessful, you can use your Xbox account on PC or add an Epic Games account to your Cross Save. Otherwise to play on Steam the only other option is to start over on your own account and new Bungie profile not linked to your current PS and Xbox accounts.
