Cross Save issue
I signed up for epic games and was going to cross save to my Series X. I guess I messed up and set the Epic account as primary. I feel like I'm being punished for this mistake by having to wait 90 days to play on my original characters and DLC again. I have so much time invested and I made one mistake and now I can't play. Can I please get this taken care of?? I just want to play the content that I paid for without having to pay for it again.

2 RepliesHey there. Unfortunately Bungie will not remove the cooldowns and will not alter the linkage on their end. You were asked which account will be the one that provides the active data, went through several checks and approval steps, and then confirmed though a series of checkboxes that the chosen account would become Active and that all the cooldowns are mandatory and unskippable. You will just have to wait out the cooldowns.
