Bungie's idea of balance is let's make the next activity/rotation worse than before. Been that way honestly since Shadowkeep with adding Champs. Lucent Hive later with them having lower cooldowns and some being fully CC immune, then came Dread with Tormentors, Subjugators, and every annoyance under the sun followed after. If you are hoping for enemy nerfs, they aren't going to do it unfortunately. Hell, they've been nerfing Well for years, yet the game is still balanced around the Forsaken version of it.
