COURT OF BLADES BROKEN. MULTIPLE ISSUES
Before I start let me say that I cannot be making videos for every issue that you guys have in your game I can only bring it to your attention.
ISSUE 1: In Court of Blades I have been soft locked at the end of the run countless times. The timer disappears, there's no boss, there's no end to the game, you're just sitting there.
ISSUE 2: In some of the missions your teleported into Oryx dome and no ads spawn thus not being able to get out of the dome and the time runs out unless you -blam!- and respawn back in the main arena. Most people will not know to do this nor should they have to.
ISSUE 3: While in the Court of Blades and using the Tome of Want it is fully used in a run or two. This is way too fast and I feel it's bugged. Also 100 shards to slot a weapon or armor in the Tome of Want when you barely get any the Cards to slot because you guys only allow two to three balls to drop on the ground to pick up or consume or hit a chest or get it randomly in other random ways is not working. They used to drop like crazy on the ground in act 1 and now two to three are only allowed on the ground at any given time with a random reward inside. It's laughable.
ISSUE 4: The drops in court of blades are not good. Not asking for handouts but rather asking for something. That's the only thing I can say. It's just bad. I feel it's bugged and not giving anything or you guys are only giving one weapon per run no matter the metal you get. Oh and by the way this is for a 13 level Platinum run.
ISSUE 5: Swarm and Wrath augmentations need to be dialed way back in standard. This is not the Expert Area and you guys are making it miserable. People are leaving when they see that modifier or get in and start to get farmed just spawning in. It is absolutely miserable and nobody likes to get blown up constantly over and over again. There's zero fun factor in it and it's supposed to be the standard version. With the ads being super aggressive and all the CC that's happening it's just not fun at all while you're trying to farm or just enjoy the runs.
The mode is fun when these bad things aren't happening. I can tell you this much, Swarm is going to ruin the experience for the casual player that is coming in trying to understand the game for the first time. NeverEnding exploding thrall is horrible. It is way too aggressive, strong, overdone.

Issue 5.5 Matches. This seems like a simple augment. Step on the plate with the matching symbol to damage the boss.... Except first you have to kill the flashing knights while standing on the plate. Where an orange bar Exploding Thrall will instantly and continually appear. There also maybe an orange bar Wizard there. Then when you get there, the entire plate could also be covered in the purple spikes from the ground. Assuming you get passed all of this is the very minimal time you have to damage phase, the Ogre boss will disappear (Like the Knights in Shattered Throne) until the symbol changes. Respawning everything above. Depending on which room you are in, that might not matter. In the blue room that looks like Europa, The Hamburger symbol has zero line of sight to the boss. If it is the symbol with all dashes, the boss, all the ads, the taken blights, the immune crystals and everything else I mentioned will ALWAYS be there. If you are in the rock room with the two ramps that lead down to the center, the plates are too far away from the cliffs and the boss will just hide next to the walls.

Hi there, Thanks for reporting. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention but without visual examples we cannot do much. Videos of these issues occurring as well as images aids us immensely and lead to a quicker resolution.
