Exotic class item ornament is very limiting.
Title.
Allow us to use legendary ornaments on the exotic class items or give us a lot more ornaments options for the exotic class item.

Agreed. I see no reason why this shouldn’t be a thing. As things currently stand I hate the look of the class items so much I’d prefer to just not use it all together. That’s how bad the Hunter exotic class items look.

Or just do it in D1 where we could wear the exotic class item with another exotic 🤷♂️

3 RepliesToo many options would make it harder to recognize the exotic. Ornaments do change exotics but are always identified because there is a handful of exotics and a bucket of legendary ornaments. The reason is for Guardians to identify exotics and legendary gear. You do need to know what they look like for exotic ornaments, though it is easier than the array of legendaries available. I believe it makes sense and keeps the world thematic.

I'd really like to use legendary ornaments on all exotics so my characters can look the way I want.

I just don't want to have to wear a cape. It's bad enough my Warlock has to wear a dress (although the Weir-Walker tubes are pretty cool with New Age Black Armory colors).

1 ReplyAgreed. The Titan mark looks like a diaper. The Hunter one I do like the design of (and works for the fashion) and Warlock...Well it can barely be seen due to being a bond on one arm. Would be great to have these work with legendary ornaments. Love the NPA mark design so much!
