New exotic class item update
What a pile of horse sh*t. Firstly nerfing the chest drop rate is a step backwards but then making us have to go run an event over and over for a better chance is utter bs
Don’t nerf the drop rate on other chests !
As a side note why is there no word on how much vault space this is taking up couple with the amount of space for various versions of ergo sum.
Wtf bungie sort this sh*t out it’s beyond dumb !

13 RepliesAlot of us haven't even done the quest so have plenty of space (I personally have about 55% space used). Still waiting for bungie to make another way to get the exotic class items that don't require dual destiny.

They nerfed the chest drop? Well that sucks. It already was very low or at least my rng is poop.

4 RepliesYou’ve been “exploring the pale heart” alot. Each time 0 kills. That means not even the super fast major kills/ rare enemies for the extra chests. That means you’ve been using the macro. Screen recording software. Botting. Be happy Bungie doesnt ban for this.

2 RepliesI really don't know how they do it. Lol Increase the chances on a slower-to-complete activity, but decrease chances on a more plentiful source. So basically, right back where we started. All while doing nothing about repeats or any agency over decreasing the chance of duplicates. I did the overthrows necessary for the Micah-10 quests, the additional ones I had to do because I didn't know each one unlocked the paranormal activities, and the 25 required for the Trancendent title and Khvostov. Overthrow is over for me. Has been for some weeks now. There isn't anything you can get from them that you can't get anywhere else. (Except now, how convenient) Ridiculous.

None of this is going to get players like me to come back. More players drop off every week. Bungie is pathetic.

Bungie sees a low drop rate for an item players want to unlock: "Let's make it worse!"

Wait and see how it goes... I mean, if you set up a stage 4 boss, ignore it and just run the local lost sector you may have some joy. Who knows at this stage... stage 4 is the highest rate for chest drops, but what does that mean? Starting chests could be 1 in a 10, final chests could be 1 in 7. Might be better, might be worse!!
