Nothing about invisibility glitch in the TWID.
This is ridiculous.
I don’t care how often you update your “known issues” laundry list.
We deserve an update on why the two most important parts of Destiny 2 (our characters and our guns) are not viewable in-game more than half of the time.
To not address it is beyond cowardice and stupidity.
It is absolutely outrageous for a company of your stature to continuously ignore our concerns about a problem of this size.

I had it trigger again after doing the 12 man mission, so I wonder if it’s part of the issue.

I just left a nightfall because I couldnt see my weapons. The game is practically unplayable when invisible. Now if the mobs couldnt see me it might be kinda fun. LOL

1 ReplyWelp, at least I'm getting better at playing invisible. Completed an entire GM tonight while invisible! I actually think the guns get better damage and target acquisition while invisible, hip fire seems to count as crits.

And I'll bet my wages it has something to do with Prismatic. We had problems with stasis and strand before, and I called this out when I saw this mess in the FS trailer. Funny though, if it's a glitch that gives double loot drops or overpowered weapons, the cause is found and fixed within 24 hours.

The game just beat my team in IB. Mercy against us because the entire other team was invisible the whole match.

This has been an issue since the beginning of Destiny 2. They probably have no fooking clue how to fix this so they stay silent. It is literally the worst part of this game and they should be spending all their resources fixing it.

I find it interesting that when I do anything when a teammate dies I get the invisible render thing happening as soon as my teammate is revived I load back…😑😑😑😑

bungie just has a pile of crap. that they polished a terd and put it on top with the FS . this game is so unbalanced and over inflated at every corner. the only thing any fun to play anymore is the old strikes. noway this game has much hope after this year.

Everything has been running good on my end this week. I havnt had any more problems with invisible guardians in PvP or my guns. My friend did say last night that his gun skin was taking super long to load in though.

Honestly, the problem has been around for so long, I'm willing to bet they think it's a feature now. Just like teleporting enemies, bad AI, and other issues I have been around forever.

1 ReplyIt sucks for sure, but tbh doing the same old b.s. every week to get a few pinnacles is so tedious as to make me not even notice or care about the constant invisibility. If it wasn't for the fact it's just too hot to go outside here in Texas I don't know that I would have logged on this week at all. Been playing a little First Descendant, but it's too early to tell if it has any legs or not.

But....if you yell, scream, and bump the thread every day you'll inevitably coincide with the fix day.
