"Zaouli's Bane (Harrowed)" not upgrading 3rd column perk after enhancing to Tier 3

ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): Comcast / 1Gbps / LAN
ISSUE: I enhanced the "Zaouli's Bane (Harrowed)" on my account to Tier 3, however, I'm unable to upgrade the 3rd column perk. It only shows the red corners.
REPRO STEPS: Just check the "Zaouli's Bane (Harrowed)" on my account
ACTUAL RESULT: The 4th column perks upgraded correctly, but the 3rd column perk did not
EXPECTED RESULT: The 3rd and 4th column perks should all upgrade after enhancing the item to Tier 3

They show as if they still need to be enhanced but I have a Tier 3 Enhancement showing. *Note* I enhanced my Harrowed Smite 1st week of TFS and had no issues with it.

Yep appears to affect any weapon gotten from the pantheon triumps - Smite of Merain is showing both perks un-enhanced at level 3 enhancement and taking it to the enclave appears to only show the barrel and mag column, with no 3rd and 4th column visible.

Same thing here. I think it’s because the version from pantheon challenges that drop with the custom masterwork is completely bugged
