The shiny brave weapons should use adept mods
With the drop chance being extremely low and the only special things about them are the shiny ornaments and double perks and that’s it.
Adding adept mods with them will give the weapons a special touch also with them leaving when final shape releases.

Adept weapons don’t get to use adept mods because they’re rare. Adepts get to use adept mods because they come from tough activities.

They are already better than adepts and can be gotten easier. If anything adept weapons should all be able to have enhanced perks.

8 RepliesI mean, I’m just confused on why adept mods are only accessible on adept weapons, I mean didn’t we earn them just as we did with adept weapons I mean I have pretty much all of them, but no weapons to really put them on which would make them any better at their job, since I think the most useful one for pve is adept big ones, which I do have access to, but I don’t have any adept heavy weapons that mix well with my builds or sound appealing to me So why limit the mods to a small percentage of weapons, even though we went though the trouble of earning the mods just like you did the gun, what would it break?

all weapons should use adept mods at this point. Adepts are pointless with crafting in the game.

1 ReplyIf they only dropped from the end of legendary I would agree but the fact is you can get them randomly. Tbh the shiny ornament is awful due to it not taking shaders. Was looking forward to how some shaders would look on the shiny weapons to end up super disappointed. It made me not care about the shiny weps period.

They're not Adept though. They're like the vendor "Prestige" weapons that come with multiple perk options. And a masterwork and a crappy skin that doesn't take shaders. But you can get one from tokens. You can get tokens from bounties that you can complete in patrols. Hardly Adept status tbf.

People are trying to make it so there's no reason to play Trials outside of the persistence passage. You do have a point about them being gone after final shape releases though. If that were to happen it should be something people have to earn as well.

15 RepliesWhy do people see weapons that are rare or limited and immediately think they should carry some advantage over the rest of the loot? My guy that kind of loot is what should be the most tame. Exclusive advantages are just going to piss people off in the end. No one wants to end up seeing that the best weapons are unobtainable just because. Games should be equal opportunity not blatantly favoring players who were there and lucky. If Shinys get Adept mods they should remain indefinitely so future players can grind them

Sounds like you want free stuff

I think the whole idea of the shiny is that it’s not better. It’s a random drop unlike adept loot which is skilled based essentially. I’m happy with the drop rates and power of the weapons and they’ll all be enhanceable in final shape anyway.

6 RepliesAny chance you can make do? Onslaught isn't remotely close to endgame where you find Adept....so, no. Absolutely not. I also dont understand all of this "rarity" talk regarding Brave weapons. I've got plenty of them. Plenty. And my RNG provability is the same as yours & everyone else.
