MAKE VOLTSHOT ACTIVE FROM KILLING ADS WITHOUT RELOAD
This nerf on this perk is very annoying, I know people like voltshot well some. But, you shouldn’t have to reload after killing a PvE enemy this makes the perk less defective so come on just make voltshot better, it’s not the best perk to have for ad clearing since Forbearance is getting nerfed in the final shape.

Voltshot is by far the strongest of any of the elemental perks and it's arguably one of the top perks in general. About 12K damage per a jolt and it can jolt up to 5 times if you keep hitting the target that's a LOT of extra damage plus the chain lightning can go pretty decently far giving it a lot of room clearing capabilities. It's good for just about everything killing a red bar than activating it on a major it could probably kill a major on its own if the extra jolts didn't need the player to activate them.
