Stuck guardian rank!

My guardian rank is stuck! I am stuck in rank 3 for long months, although completing all the required tasks! It keeps asking me to buy a weapon from Banshee-44, which I have done at least two times! **I uploaded a photo to explain the situation. Please, help me and fix my account, Bungie.

You need to purchase a weapon directly from Banshee's 2nd page, not focus engrams into random weapons.
