I think it'd be great if reload Masterworks also took up the old and retired Magazine Masterwork buff and for handling it'd be much more useful if it also offered a minor 5 to Recoil direction to act as a low tier Counterbalance. With most other Masterworks I can feel and often even see the difference they make, but that really isn't the case for Reload and Handling
