Ok so i played D2 a lot back then and got all of my class fragments and aspects i even got the strand side arm. after losing some friends during season of the deep i decided to get off and uninstalled the game from steam. Well i recently decided to get back on and play the new season. come to find out i only have three of my loadout saves and all of my Aspects and fragments are all gone from all my subclasses. My witch queen campaign decided to restart and i lost all of my crafting recipes at the forge. the only ones i have are the ones with witch queen and none of the past or present seasonal. i have revalidated my files and bought some strand fragments because there was a bug that made you have to buy one to reunlock them all. so i thought that was what was happen but for all my subclasses but it didn't work. i voiced my issus in Aztecross discord and no one new how to fix it and told me to put in a ticket.
