Hello, I'm unable to claim the Previous Season Pass Rewards (Season of the Witch) on the Website, I played the Season and have the Expansion, and 2 Season Exotics I claimed are gone. It shows that I'm only at Tier 1 of the Pass even though I completed the whole Campaign and played regularly, even claiming some rewards in game including the Exotic Ex Diris. Except I recently noticed that I no longer have the Ex Diris in my Vault, along with not having the Exotic Centrifuse from Season of the Deep although I don't have that Season's Expansion. I have tried to claim the Ex Diris from the Website now but I simply get an error.
