I read your posts no differently than others here. You’re usually bashing so that’s not a stretch. Maybe you’re not aware of years of negative posts but it stands outs. Then again that’s the point. The forums have become an emotional tampon for people. Then there’s the people who haven’t played for years and bash like it matters.

The forums should be a place where players that like the game can interact in a positive way. The hive minded bashing has gotten old. So that’s how it connects bro. You play constantly so instead of piling on a game you obviously like, maybe help us lead the way to a more functional forum, where we can all share builds, strategies and help new lights.

I think me telling op that his post is pointless does exactly that. But on a more general note, I think most of what you describe as “toxic” is just valid criticism. I know that Americans are a bit touchy when it comes to saying negative things and everybody has to be super positive and constructive and “Yeah, great amazing wow let’s go” all the time. But this attitude is what ultimately brought this game down. The forced positivity on Twitter and Reddit where people get blacklisted when they say that something about the game - or Bungie 😱 - is, shall we say, problematic. They managed to kill their game one step at a time while fans were trying to be heard. This forum is the only place left to do this. Ironically, it’s also the one place that Bungie never looks at apparently. So they made one bad decision after another and destroyed the game that we all love. And while that seems like an overly dramatic statement, I think they have really reached the end of the line and it’s completely unnecessary and could’ve been avoided if criticism wasn’t labelled as toxic and discarded without even listening to it.

The only sad thing is that you need me to be in this toxic cycle with you to validate your own poor decisions. I haven’t even played in like a week. Maybe solve your own problems. I’m not gonna buy TFS. And a lot of people are right there with me because Bungo effed this game so hard that it’s literally not worth investing in anymore. They seem like great guys and I’m positive the clan leader is smart enough to know the difference. Your problem is you think it’s normal to hate on a game you play all the time. It’s not Chachi. It’s completely abnormal for any person to spend their time and money doing something they claim is awful and makes them miserable. You can’t fix that kind of stuff.
