Hello. The problem is this - I tried to make cross-platform saving with a Microsoft account. However, during the Microsoft account verification process, I entered the password incorrectly several times and the account was locked. Alas, restoring it turned out to be impossible; Microsoft refuses to restore it, citing the small amount of data provided to restore it - I have nowhere to get it. Now I can't unlink this platform because I can't log into it. And thus I cannot make a cross-platform save with an Epi Game Store account.
